System requirements to improve calculation speed

Hi,
I am looking to buy a workstation to perform multiple NLTHAs on a large 3D model in SeismoStruct 2016 using SeismoBatch utility. Hence, what are the most important components to focus on in order to improve calculation speed of these softwares?
In the User Manual, it is written that "SeismoStruct cannot make use of more than 2GB of memory for a given analysis [...]." and that "There is a RAM limitation in SeismoStruct (4GB in 64-bit Windows systems [...])." Does it mean that having more than 4GB of RAM is not useful, even when multiple analysis are run simultaneously, and that only 2 analysis could run simultaneously at full speed?
If not, does the number of simultaneous analysis that can be carry out in SeismoBatch is limited by the number of core of the processor or it depends on the available RAM?
Thanks in advance for your help.
