Problems with Windows Vista
Whilst trying to run SeismoSignal in Windows Vista, I noticed that I can no longer access the Help System from inside the program.

Re: Problems with Windows Vista
These problems are caused by the over-zealous 'User Account Control' feature of Windows Vista. In order to overcome them, users have two options at hand:
a) if one wishes to leave the User Account Control feature enabled then he/she should: log in as Administrator, go to the folder where SeismoSignal is installed, right-click on the executable 'seismosignal.exe' file, and select 'Compatibility' -> 'Show Settings for All Users' -> 'Privilege Level' -> 'Run as Administrator'
b) alternatively, one may simply disable the User Account Control feature, by: logging in as Administrator, going to 'Control Panel' -> 'User Accounts' -> 'Disable User Account Control'
