We checked our records and we found out that we received just one request from you on 11 September (which was a Saturday) and we sent you the license on Monday 13 September.
As noted on the message displayed, the licenses are normally sent within 48h after the request.

I am not sure what you mean with "So the braces only had forces from the pushover and none gravitical forces from the dead load". In the Project Settings> Gravity and Mass you will find all the settings for derivings loads and mass from each other. This is probably the set of settings you are lookin...

In the plots of the post-processor, the axis is always the direction that you have chosen on the menu on the left.

Indeed, this is a bug. The uncorrected results for the FFT and the Power Spectra are wrong.
The bug will be fixed in the upcoming v2022 release.
Note that the results for the corrected record are correct and you can use them.

The checks are done on the basis of whether there is a SRF results file.
