Dear sanya greek, Do you use the SeismoBuild v2016? The equations for chord rotation were written as S.8a and S.8b in SeismoBuild v2016, according to KANEPE 1st revision (2013). From SeismoBuild v2018 onwards, the chord rotation expressions are S11a and S11b, according to KANEPE 2nd revision (2017)....

Indeed, there is a bug in the Actions Effect diagrams which will be corrected in the next release of SeismoStruct v2020. Thank you for reporting it. The correct values are those available in Element Action Effects.
