Dear Sir/Ma'am,

The academic key sent to my academic email doesn't seem to work. I tried using it through the registration form. After, clicking "Register," I get an error "Access violation at address 04DF51E3 in module 'SeismosStruct.exe'. Read of address 31A02A57."

I obtained the key by using the registration screen from the start up menu from the software. As an additional information, I am using Seismostruct 2016; Release: 6; Build: 1.

I also sent an email at licensing@seismosoft.com.

I am civil engineering graduate student and hoping to use your product for school related studies. Hoping for your reply. Thank you.

Please make sure that you have typed the license key correctly (both the key and the user details). Also note that our licensing system does not support Unicode characters, hence if you have Unicode characters in your details, please request another license.

Hello farid,
We provide free academic licenses only to students, researcher and members of staff of universities. Unfortunately, you cannot obtain an academic license, since you have already graduated.
