I have a license for academic version of seismosoft. How many people can use my license code? Can I give it to our university to install in its main server?

I think there is no problem to set up your programs by my license for three users. Am I right?

As mentioned in the license agreement, in first paragraph:
“This Software is owned by Seismosoft and is protected by copyright law and the international copyright treaty. Therefore, you must treat this Software like any other copyrighted material (for instance a book), except that you may either make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer the Software to a single hard disk provided that you keep the original solely for backup purposes.”
Therefore the license key is used per computer.

Seismosoft Licensing team may issue a general license key for universities' laboratories. Please send your request at licensing@seismosoft.com.
