For an academic license, use the initial screen to ask for one (a valid academic email address is required). For a commercial license use the e-shop on the website to buy one.

Many researchers who live in Iran can not have an academic emali and can not have a a global credit card because of the sanctions . It is better to help these people. I am a student of Iranian researcher and the software I need, but there is no way for me to use the software I use. It's not fair

Academic license keys are provided to users who are currently enrolled with an academic/research institution.
Users are asked to provide their academic email address or , in the case that they do not own one, any other element that can state for their current enrolment with their University.
You may send an email with your request at licensing@seismosoft.com and Seismosoft Licensing Team will guide you on how you can get an academic license key.
