Damage Index Caclculation

I had a problem, according to the references you introduced, I developed a code in MATLAB to calculate the damage index and the Rain Flow method, and I verified this code with Hancock's article, but the number that obtains the seismic signal is completely Is different
I even entered the example of the article in Seismo Signal and the number obtained was different from Hancock's article number. I checked almost all cycle identification algorithms and the results of my code are consistent with the article, but these numbers are different from SeismoSignal.
Is it possible to explain where the problem can come from?
