"range check error"

Hi:

I created a frame model, however, it seems that the model cannot run properly because the "range check error" problem.
The "range check error" happens when I was using the "out stresses and strains at selected locations" function of the "analysis output" menu.
Every time I selected the "analysis output" menu, there will be a window with the "range check error", then I closed the "range check error" windows, it happened again and again for 3-5 times, finally, the Seismostruct stucked and I have to stop this software in the task manager of Windows.

I use Windows 10 X64 home edition, Intel I5 6200U cpu with 8GB memories.
Can any offical developer give me a email address so that I can send you my spf file?
