Error when loading input files

HI all,
I open the input file from the library (chichi.dat or others), the display of the time series (acceleration, velocity, or displacement) is not in correct shape.
Also, I try to open the acceleration time history in terms of .txt files, but not successful reading, the signals were not looked like normally.
Please help me to solve it.
