frequency interval in fourier and power spectra

Post by beiraghii@yahoo.com »

hi
I imported 2 records separately, in the fourier and power spectra table, the frequency interval is not identical. I want to get average of them in Excel. The frequency interval should be identical to do that. what should I do? thanks

In SeismoSignal one cannot import data in the fourier and power spectra table. If you mean that you exported the data to Excel and you want to get equal intervals of the data, this is really an Excel question. One suggestion is to carry out a search in the internet or a good Mathematics book for 'linear interpolation'. This will probably work for you (if we understood correctly your problem).

Thanks for reply
I mean in table of fourier A. can I tell the software the interval of period or frequency to present in table?

No, this is not possible with the current release of SeismoSignal
