Hello aiswaryamenon .

I might suggest baseline correction without filtering as a first attempt at getting approximations to PGV and PGD.

Best of luck.

Hello
I want to remove mean from records but there is no any item for mean removal analysis.
Please tell me what can I do. Should I use another software?
Best Regards.

I am certainly no expert on baseline adjustments, but it seems to me if you perform baseline correction in SeismoSignal with the polynomial type set to "constant" instead of the default "linear", and DO NOT perform filtering, that this would remove the mean. Best of luck azam_ghazi.

Hello
how can I distinguish a record needs cut off frequency filtering? and also how can I distinguish the suitable limits for band pass filtering visually or simple way in seismosignal?
Thanks.

It is up to your needs, in general records with high frequency noise should be filtered.
Usually, the default values proposed for the filtering frequencies are suitable for a typical record.
