Hi seismosoft,
When I create a cantilever slab in building modeler, the preview of these slabs in seismostruct file I think is not true. Could you please create one by yourself and check it? It is an effect on my results.

Re: cantilever slab in building modeler
The cantilever slabs from the Building Modeller are modelled only as additional loads on the adjacent beams, since they do not have any rigid diaphragm effect.

Hi Seismosoft ,
I have the same problem and I want to replace the cantilever slab with moments and forces on the adjacent beams.
How could i do this ?

Re: cantilever slab in building modeler
You could create the model on the Building Modeller without the cantilever slab, and then add the cantilever loads that you have calculated on the main screen of SeismoStruct (in the Loads module of the pre-processor)
