Error message

I am using Windows 7 x64 and ran the application as an administrator.
When I installed the program then I tried to open it and saw this error message: "Invalid argument to data encode". Is there a problem with my program settings??

Unfortunately, we could not reproduce the error your report. In any case, and as a wild suggestion: have you tried running the software in XP-compatibility mode?
