Hello SASO,
You should calculate the effective linear load on the beam (in kN/m) from the loads (kN/m2) on the slabs that are supported by the beam, and then calculate the mass from Mass(tn/m) = Force(kN/m) / g.
Note however that the current forum is about the use of Seismosoft's applications, rather than a general forum about earthquake engineering.
We believe that similar general questions should be better discussed with your supervisor.
