How can I apply the Reverse cyclic loading by static time history analysis.Can you Please suggest me.

You should apply negative load factors to the curve in order to create the negative branch of the static time-history curve. I would suggest you to create a model with static time history analysis within the Wizard facility for a better understanding of the employment of the static time history analysis and the way a time history curve should be like.
